Jeanne DeLormier has over 25 years as a senior level banking executive experienced in credit risk, quality control, fraud prevention, operations and management, as well as extensive experience in training and education. Jeanne is co-founder and Executive Vice President of Diligence Solutions, Inc., specializing in quality control and operational assessments for risk and fraud mitigation. Prior to opening Diligence Solutions, Jeanne was Vice President and Regional Operations Center Manager for Lehman Brothers / Aurora Loan Services, managing the southeast regional wholesale center in Sunrise, Florida. Previously she was Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for Liberty Home Lending; prior to that, was Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for Ivanhoe Financial in Orlando, Florida, managing Credit Risk and Quality Control. Before joining Ivanhoe, Jeanne was Vice President of Chase’s Correspondent Home Equity Division in Ohio; Assistant Vice President for CitiMortgage and Associate Vice President for Source One Mortgage Services in Michigan; and a Branch Manager for Bank of America in San Francisco, California.

Jeanne has published articles on quality lending and fraud prevention in Mortgage Technology Magazine, and was a panel speaker on Fraud Prevention at the MBA Underwriting conference in San Antonio in 2006. She is also a DE underwriter. Jeanne has been a member of Mortgage Banking Association’s Wholesale Sub-Committee, and current member of the MBA Fraud & Ethics Working Group. She has extensive training background, has been an instructor for secondary and adult education, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University. Jeanne was a Story Consultant and appeared as an actor in Interthinx’ training films on fraud prevention: “FSI: Fraud Scene Investigation” in 2006 and “Fraud Angels” in 2008. She currently serves as Secretary of the Florida Quality Council, an industry working group promoting ethics and quality lending activities.
