Robert is the Vice President of the Special Investigations Unit for Radian Guaranty in Philadelphia. Here he has worked at building a high performing team of mortgage fraud investigators responsible for the identification and investigation of suspected mortgage fraud including institutional, borrower, builder, appraiser, and broker misrepresentations. In addition his team supports law enforcement efforts and any internal litigation efforts surrounding fraud cases. Robert is the primary point of contact for mortgage fraud awareness and prevention education for the company and has spoken widely on the topic including his participation in the FBI Virtual Academy at Quantico. He also organized and assisted in establishing the Philadelphia regional FBI mortgage fraud round table.

He has approximately 12 years experience in financial fraud identification and investigation. Robert began his career at MBNA America (Bank of America) in credit card fraud detection, where he worked high risk cash and new account transactions. Following MBNA, Robert continued his career in financial fraud, moving on to PHH Mortgage fka Cendant Mortgage as a fraud specialist.

Robert holds a BA in Criminal Justice from Monmouth University and is an active participant in the MBA Fraud and Ethics Subcommittee, is a member of the Georgia Real Estate Fraud Prevention and Awareness Coalition (GREFPAC), MBA/MARI advisory board, Interthinx Fraud Advisory Counsel, is a member of International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators (IAFCI), and an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
