Steven Winter, Columbus, Ohio, a former real estate agent for King Thompson Realty, was sentenced to 2 years in prison and 3 years probation. Winter was also ordered to pay HUD $174,720, and the IRS $183,517, in restitution.

Winter pled guilty to making false statements and filing false tax returns.
