California Real Estate Broker Charged in Investment Fraud
Michael J. Schneider was chaged in a 102 count criminal felony complaint alleging Schneider stole over $17,500,000.00 dollars from a group of Santa Cruz, California investors who were led to believe that they were making secured real estate loans through Schneider‘s company, California Plan, Inc. Bail was set at Ten Million dollars ($10,000,000.00). Schneider, since 1993, owned and operated, California Plan, Inc. located at 3595 Stevens Creek Road in San Jose. Both Schneider and California Plan, Inc were licensed by the Department of Real Estate as mortgage brokers. Schneider‘s company specialized in finding private money lenders to make “equity mortgage loans” to borrowers who were in need of money. Schneider‘s company California Plan, Inc. would also act as the loan servicing agent for the investors that made real estate loans through Schneider. In the Santa Cruz case, investors discovered that in most instances, Schneider failed, as promised, to secure their loans with validly recorded deeds of trust. Instead, Schneider would provide the investors with phony deeds of trust and just keep the investor’s money. The investor’s discovered that in the few cases that Schneider actually recorded a deed of trust, he failed to tell the investor when the loan was paid off and instead kept the loan payoff. To keep the investors from discovering his fraudulent acts, Schneider‘s company would send monthly loan payments to the investors, as if the loans were active and valid. Investigation uncovered that 71 loan transactions from 1995 through December of 2005 were part of Schneider‘s scheme. Schneider was previously arrested by Santa Clara, California authorities on May 1, 2006 for similar charges involving investors from Santa Clara county, California. Schneider has been in custody since his arrest in Santa Clara. Persons who may have invested with Schneider/California Plan are encouraged to contact inspector Kent Schlumbrecht at the District Attorney’s Office 831-454-2574.
mortgage fraud
For several years I reported the owner of a nearby resort for poisoning and filming me with hidden cameras without my knowledge or consent. While this went on, my home was being robbed - belongings switched with broken and/or inferior look-alikes. Because this man has an impeccable reputation, nothing was ever looked into - it was ME called, “crazy.”
This man used to be a professional photographer. His 30-yr partner is a professional photographer as well as professional graphic artist who prides himself in scanning and altering photographs and videos.
The resort owner used to talk of having guests filmed through windows without their knowledge; he further talked of a technique of “gassing through vents” which allowed for burglary and violating people - on film, laughing that no one would ever figure it out. So perhaps it was not a coincidence that each time I was at his resort, several guests lost their money, wallets, belongings. Homes were burglarized, some even caught fire. The resort employees were always coming up with new clothes, jewelry, personal belongings they claimed were “given” to them. They said that vehicles - even homes were “given” to them!
At his resort, the owner refers to himself as a “predator.” He said that people sometimes “vanish.” That would likely include his wealthy former wife who he met there - her signatures on deeds have been verified by a handwriting expert as being forged. She has not been seen in years - he describes her as being in, “another world.” Not until getting away from him did I put the pieces together and uncover this is exactly how he went from owning nothing, living with his mother in a small apartment, to now living in a fully-furnished, million-dollar home!
I was employed by an insurance agent / estate planner as my nightmare with the resort owner was taking place. As a result of the chemicals in my system, my behavior was next to psychotic - I was out of my mind. I had no idea that my employer was exploiting me as this went on, nor did I question the fraudulent Long Term Care policy he enrolled me in, naming himself beneficiary. I did not question the countless forgeries or method of forcing people into foreclosure. As long as the chemicals were in my system, I was his puppet. Even when he took me next door to meet with his attorney, who conspired in the preparation of fraudulent legal documents for my family’s properties appointing my former employer, “Successor Trustee” regardless of the “Irrevocable Trust.” He even coerced me into appointing him beneficiary of my single life insurance policy. Once again, due to this man’s impeccable reputation, nothing was looked into - instead it was ME called, “liar.”
Despite the fact that the resort owner and my former employer claimed not to have ever met prior to being introduced by me, behind my back, they were conspiring in having me annihilated. Destroying their victim’s credibility and reputation is all part of the operation - it further allows them to recruit and manipulate family members who turn on one another, never suspecting that they have been set up, cheated, robbed or provided with fraudulent documents. With films and copies of insane email distributed - ties to everyone were severed from me, which allowed them to take further advantage while seizing control of my family’s property and assets. These gentlemen are running a massive real estate theft operation, that entails burglary, ID theft, bank fraud, fraudulent legal documents, forgeries of people who have never been seen again. That appears to include my next-door neighbor (see first link re: owner of Laundromat.)
Coincidence or not, it was upon my uncovering this and more, the attorney mentioned above, secretly closed up his office - absconding with his clients’ money and files, never to be seen again.
None of this has ever been investigated. Instead, the focus remains on my behavior while being poisoned. By simply turning over copies of insane emails (altered as well?) or tapes of me while being poisoned, or copies of this group’s fraudulent lawsuits against me, it appears to outsiders that I am “crazy.” Case closed.
How is this for a brilliant operation. Cons, who are light-years ahead of everyone else - no one sees beyond the smokescreen.

Home insurance provides compensation for damage or destruction of a home from disasters. In some geographical areas, the standard insurances excludes certain types of disasters, such as flood and earthquakes, that require additional coverage. Maintenance-related problems are the homeowners’ responsibility. The policy may include inventory, or this can be bought as a separate policy, especially for people who rent housing. In some countries, insurers offer a package which may include liability and legal responsibility for injuries and property damage caused by members of the household, including pets
