  1. Here the criminal pays for the crime. Unlike my situation and many others where the crime is ongoing and justice is still on hold. My dad passed away on 7/16/16 a family member squatted forcibly upon my property and continues to claim ownership. The last Will and Trust was never probated. And I on the other side am forced to fight for my rights. Furniture and vehicles the property being sold. This is a great Injustice that has been served to me. I intend to appear in court once again hoping to prevail. Or request an appeal to the highest courts. This should not happen to homeowners anywhere. And all this has come about because of a disinherited sibling and disloyal personal Rep.
