   This man, is sick he has taken advantage of so many people and even went to jail for fraud, FBI was on him.

   Allegations are true this man is a complete fraud. Have met him in person and is as weasely as they come. Him and his staff at Monte Cristo Especially Giselle Beltran.

     I knew him back in 1986. He actually trained me in hard money at Cash Home Loans. Later he opened Pacific Home Loans. He’s a great salesman and has always been shady.
